Ananda Development Public Company Limited has set the interest rate for its bonds at 4.40% per annum for the 1 year 6 months term and 5.20% per annum for the 2 years 6 months term. The bonds will be offered to general investors and institutional investors through 6 financial institutions from August 5-6 and 9-10. The company believes that investors are confident in its growth potential as a market leader in condominium development near electric train stations, while its financial structure, including cash flow management and maintaining a target debt-to-equity ratio, reflects the strength of the business.

Mr. Sermsak Kwanpao, Chief Financial Officer of Ananda Development Public Company Limited (ANAN), a leader in urban residential development, stated that after the company submitted information to offer bonds to general and institutional investors in two series, it has set the bond returns as follows: 4.40% per annum for the 1 year 6 months bond and 5.20% per annum for the 2 years 6 months bond, with interest paid every 3 months. The bonds will be sold through 6 underwriters, including Krung Thai Bank Public Company Limited, Kasikorn Bank Public Company Limited, CIMB Thai Bank Public Company Limited, Asia Plus Securities Company Limited, Krung Thai CIMB Securities Company Limited, and Globlex Securities Company Limited.

The bonds have been rated as investment grade (BBB-) by Tris Rating Company Limited on June 10, 2021, with a stable outlook, similar to the organization's credit rating.
